About the role

Who We Are:

On Location is a premium experience provider, offering world class hospitality, ticketing, curated guest experiences, live event production, and travel management across sports, entertainment, and fashion. From unrivaled access for corporate clients to guests looking for fully immersive experiences at marquee events, On Location is the premier and official service provider to over 150 iconic rights holders, such as the IOC (Paris 2024, Milano Cortina 2026, LA 2028), NFL, NCAA, UFC and PGA of America, and numerous musical artists and festivals. The company also owns and operates a number of unique and exclusive experiences, transforming the most dynamic live events into a lifetime of memories. On Location is a subsidiary of Endeavor, a global sports and entertainment company.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven and operations-savvy Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to lead the next chapter of our audience targeting, campaign infrastructure, and performance analytics. This role is central to scaling how we engage customers across the funnel — from intelligent segmentation to real-time activation — and will serve as the operational bridge between marketing, sales, ecommerce, data, and technology teams. You’ll drive the evolution of our marketing stack, close critical operational gaps, and unlock high-impact revenue opportunities across both B2B and B2C lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with marketing leadership to understand overarching business objectives and translate them into actionable marketing operations strategies
  • Analyze performance data across the funnel, not just for reporting, but to identify strategic opportunities for optimization, budget reallocation, and process improvements that enhance marketing ROI.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on marketing data governance, ensuring data practices not only meet compliance requirements but also support advanced analytics, segmentation, and long-term business intelligence needs.
  • Architect and maintain a scalable, structured data foundation for dynamic audience creation and activation
  • Lead improvements in lead management by standardizing capture, enrichment, routing, and segmentation logic
  • Ensure seamless funnel coordination in partnership with RevOps and SalesOps — from first touch to conversion
  • Collaborate with email and lifecycle teams to define, build, and refine high-performing audience segments
  • Oversee campaign readiness by ensuring accurate form tracking, event interest tagging, and cross-channel data capture
  • Own and evolve the marketing operations roadmap, evaluating and implementing tools that enable smarter targeting and automation
  • Configure and manage multi-touch customer journeys, lifecycle automations, and campaign triggers
  • Monitor key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, lead velocity) and continuously optimize segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Act as a cross-functional connector — translating marketing strategy into technical execution across platforms

Key Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years in Marketing Operations or related roles with experience in enterprise-level marketing automation platforms.
  • Proven ability to implement attribution modeling and improve end-to-end campaign tracking.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and conversion funnels.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud a must
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Exceptional project management and process-building skills
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C environments
