The Job:
As a Store Manager, you’ll be part of our T&O Commercial team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Manage the store's budget, including expenses, payroll, and other financial aspects. Prepare and analyze financial reports to track performance and make informed business decisions.
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of Sales Associates. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of team performance and engagement.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a customer-centric culture by ensuring that all team members deliver exceptional service. Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply team to ensure adequate stock levels. Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock replenishment.
- Collaborate with the Channel Marketing Team and Finance to implement in-store marketing initiatives and promotions to drive traffic and sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organizations to enhance the store's presence and reputation in the community.
The Person:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar environment.
- Experience with Shopify POS preferred
- Ability to work independently to achieve results in all categories while maintaining the day-to-day functions of the center successfully
- Excellent skills in Microsoft applications; Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook. SAP experience is a Plus; Proficiency using a POS system
- Possess the ability to meet and maintain daily/weekly/quarterly productivity goals without sacrificing quality;
- Ability to build, cultivate and maintain strong relationships
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
