The result: 5x return on conversions and 3x year-on-year growth for our customers.</p> <p>The LettrLabs team is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Senior Manager of Talent &amp; People Ops who is committed to helping us grow with stellar talent. As a Senior Manager of Talent &amp; People Ops, you will partner directly with our leadership team to conduct workforce planning and then source, attract, identify, and close candidates across all functional areas of the business—from software engineering to robotics and operations.</p> <p>As the initial full-time member of our Recruiting team, you will have a unique opportunity to help shape the recruiting function as a whole.
