Job Title: Cloud Camp- Guest Room Attendant, 1st Shift Housekeeping
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.

As a member of the Cloud Camp Team, this position will assist with the upkeep and maintenance of up to fifteen guest cabins and guest areas. This role is critical to ensuring our guests have a five-star experience allowing them to relax and enjoy all that our Cloud Camp has to offer.

What you will be doing:
Summary: Coordinate all aspects and requirements of guests staying at The Ranch at Emerald Valley by performing the following duties:

• Vacuum all carpeted areas.
• Sweep and wash all hard floor surfaces.
• Report maintenance problems.
• Turn in lost and found items properly.
• Communicate guest room status of every cabin cleaned.
• Rearrange furniture in cabins as directed.
• Replace all cabin glassware.
• Scrub all bathroom fixtures and floor with appropriate solution.
• Replace all soiled towels.
• Replenish cabin supplies as needed.
• Strip and make beds on a daily basis.
• Replenish/stock daily buckets for cabin housekeeping services as needed.
• Assist with delivering ice/amenities to guest rooms.
• Clean, stock and organize storage and public areas as needed.
• Clean mirrors and windows.
• Order supplies for area of responsibility.
• Perform major housecleaning annually.
• Perform turndown duties as assigned.
• Assist with checking and restocking towels at hot tubs.
• Sweep around hot tubs, gazebo, walk-ways, patios and decks.
• Take trash, soiled linen and used dishware to its proper areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading supplies/linen from the delivery truck
• Deliver and remove special request items to cabins for newly arriving guests or departing guests- i.e.
• microwaves, pack’n’plays, etc.
• Assist Housekeeping Supervisor, Ranch Manager, Ranch Hands and guests as needed throughout the shift
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• All other duties as assigned and help with any other duties at Cloud Camp as needed and necessary.

What we are looking for:
• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience in a high-quality restaurant environment a plus.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License preferred in order to assist with any parking related duties
