Be the architect of Qualtrics global talent strategy and shape the future of our workforce. We are seeking for a Global Talent Acquisition Leader to design and deliver a bold innovative recruitment strategy that will attract the world’s best talent and fuel our growth. In this role, you’ll lead and inspire a high-performing global team of approximately 40 dedicated recruiting professionals, while partnering with senior leaders to ensure we have the right talent, in the right roles, at the right time.

• Create and execute a forward thinking talent acquisition strategy that aligns with our business vision and future growth plans. 
• Lead and mentor a diverse global team fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Team is ~ 40 professionals, including recruiting managers, recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators.
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, understanding business priorities, delivering top-tier talent solutions, and adapting as hiring needs and priorities change in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Lead the charge on leveraging AI and emerging technologies, identifying and implementing use cases that streamline processes and drive recruiting efficiency at scale while enhancing the candidate experience.
