Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s strategic goals.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including social media, networking, and job boards, to identify high-quality candidates.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and establish effective recruitment strategies.
- Interviewing: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Offer Negotiation: Facilitate offer negotiations and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to attract and retain talent effectively.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior recruiters, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of various recruiting techniques and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
