Overview
Core Faculty roles for a 0.1 FTE position. We believe this is a need due to:

- A recognized notable deficit in resident GOC discussions/management both inpatient and outpatient despite this growing need
- More support for non-traditional (i.e. other than pulm/cards/GI/ID/rheum etc) fellowship opportunities for interested residents
- More support for intensive mentoring and advising for residents who need additional supervision as identified by the CCC
- Lower than desired scores for Interdisciplinary collaboration on our annual survey
