Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools (full training will be provided)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Managing incoming & outgoing calls.
• Providing customers with excellent customer service ensuring all queries are answered in a professional manner
• Route planning & service scheduling
•  Calling for payments.
• Deal with customers over the phone, problem solving.
