About the Role:
Driven by a curious and collaborative spirit, the Fashion Strategy team unifies and guides teams in the formulation and execution of key strategies and initiatives, nourishes the organization with an understanding of internal and external dynamics, and synthesizes the activities and objectives of the division through rich storytelling. This role is uniquely positioned to support the team with strategic analysis and communication to leadership and teams across the division. With the cross-functional nature of this position you will play a key role in helping to build strong relationships with a broad range of teams across the organization and unifying the objectives across projects. The role will report into the Senior Group Director, Fashion Strategy.
What impact you can create at CHANEL:
- You will foster relationships and act as a strategic thought partner to key teams across and beyond the Fashion Division including Merchandising/Planning, Distribution Strategy, Client Analytics, Client Engagement, Client Experience, Operations, Retail, Insights, BI, Client Care and Fashion leadership
- You will contribute to the process of analyzing and action planning approaches to strategic questions and projects that have impacts across the Fashion Division
- You will engage in strategic thinking, analysis, and storytelling in the communication of the Fashion Division’s strategic priorities, projects, and questions, in addition to providing context to the overall US landscape to a Global audience through the orchestration and creation of regular strategic decks (MTP Alignment, Budget, Country Review)
- You will manage and participate in presentations of strategic decks to select US leadership
- You will oversee management of the Fashion Total View Power BI dashboard as the key tool for business analysis and reporting through partnership with Business Intelligence team and key users
- You will communicate the key stories behind the business performance to the Fashion division through regular and ad-hoc analysis and reporting. You will partner with key teams to ensure data accuracy and highlight a storyline by identifying the key business drivers
- You will highlight key data points to contribute to preparation of leadership for key meetings
- You will actively monitor emerging and ongoing trends and news within the industry and recommend areas for deeper analysis to publish Industry News overviews to the Fashion division and corporate teams

Position logistics:
- Partially Remote: Role requires a minimum of three days in-person office presence at the designated location/office.
- Minimum 5 years professional experience
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Advanced skills in Excel (pivot tables, index match, vlookup) and Powerpoint (master formatting, charts, animation, visual identity)
