You will help shape that investment by partnering with design, engineering, research, and product teams to build and deliver reliable, safe, and useful AI-assisted tooling that improves designer productivity, creativity, and consistency across Stripe.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <p>Focused on accelerating the integration of AI into Design, as a Design Program Manager, you'll collaborate closely with designers, researchers, content designers, and design engineers working across brand, product, and marketing experiences at Stripe. You'll build alongside them, and you'll help them fundamentally change how they operate.
