Responsibilities, include, but not limited to

• Remove snow safely and efficiently from commercial properties, including but not limited to multi-family locations, parking lots, and the exteriors of high-traffic facilities using a Snow Plow/Salt Truck.
• Operate Snow Plow/Salt Truck to clear roadways, loading areas, docks, parking lots, among others, in winter conditions, including snow, snow/rain mix, extreme weather, and temperatures
• Removes snow to create a safe pathway for the public, pedestrians, and traffic
• Report to the assigned branch or location within the time frame given
• Be on call during the winter months for all snow and ice events
• May assist during a snow and ice event by operating other snow or salt spreading equipment
• Ensures work is conducted in a safe manner and maintains work areas as safe as possible for employees, customers, the public, and the environment.
• Perform at a high and safe level of productivity

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience operating Plow/Salt Truck
• Valid Driver's License
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Pass driver's background check
• Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions
• Able to be on call 24/7 during winter season months
• Able to handle the physical demands of the position
• Be punctual and reliable
• Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly
• Accountability to themselves and to their team
• Be someone others want to work with
