This is a hybrid role based out of San Francisco, New York City, or Los Angeles and will require you to be in office Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We are looking for a seasoned Corporate Recruiter who is passionate about identifying and engaging the best possible talent. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this high-visibility role will lead full-cycle recruitment processes for our Go-To-Market and G&A teams at Grindr, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and stakeholders across the firm. What’s the Job?
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, with an emphasis on finding values-aligned top talent. This includes sourcing, managing candidate pipelines, and interview preparation for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Collaborate closely with leaders and hiring managers across the business to develop a deep understanding of their portions of the business, formulate talent profiles and hiring strategies, structure interview processes and serve as a strategic thought partner
- Develop and improve upon candidate experience in order to ensure all candidates go through a standardized interview process and ensure Grindr is able to continue to attract top talent.
- Source candidates through creative channels and proactively manage and build a talent pipeline
- Meticulous ownership of assigned requisitions in Greenhouse in order to allow for accurate candidate assessment and data collection
- Collect, analyze, and share feedback and actionable insights to continuously enhance our hiring process here at Grindr. You'll have the opportunity to identify areas for improvement and streamline scheduling efficiency
What we’ll love about you:
- Experience: You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the tech sector; building GTM and G&A teams across startups/agencies and established organizations.
- Business results orientation: Demonstrated ability to set ambitious goals and achieve them through focused effort. Thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Strategic Mindset - Willingness to roll up sleeves, build necessary tools and processes independently. Align strategies with company and team goals.
- Organizational skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Cultural Competence: Deep understanding of and commitment to the LGBTQ+ community and Grindr's mission.
