In a time of rising threats, STARK is bolstering the technological edge of NATO Allies and their Partners to deter aggression and defend Europe—today.</p> <h3>Your mission</h3> <p>Reporting directly to the Software VP, as a Customer Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our military and defense customers, project stakeholders, and our internal technical development teams (“Programs”). Your work ensures the successful execution of integration projects, operational testing, and capability demonstrations involving unmanned systems, AI, and complex software solutions.</p> <h3>Responsibilities</h3> <ul><li><p>Act as the primary point of contact for military customers, defense partners, and other external stakeholders in integration and demonstration projects.</p></li><li><p>Lead and coordinate complex multi-stakeholder projects from initial scoping through planning to successful execution and handover.</p></li><li><p>Represent the customer’s operational perspective towards internal product and program teams. </p></li><li><p>Drive clarity on technical, operational, and project objectives, translating military-specific requirements into actionable tasks for our technical teams. </p></li><li><p>Facilitate integration activities and capability demonstrations involving multiple systems and stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Translate operational and military requirements into technical concepts and actionable development goals.</p></li></ul> <h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul><li><p>Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Defense Technology, or a related field.</p></li><li><p>3+ years experience in project management within defense, aerospace, or similarly complex technology environments.</p></li><li><p>Solid technical understanding of unmanned systems, mission software, and AI applications.</p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of military operational environments and integration requirements for technical systems.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience coordinating projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.</p></li></ul><p>Nice to have: </p><ul><li><p>Background in defense procurement projects, operational testing, or military technology integration.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with defense industry standards and frameworks (NATO, national forces, security classifications, etc.).</p></li><li><p>Experience working across organizations in multi-partner capability demonstration environments.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of software and system interoperability, open architectures, and C4ISR principles.</p></li></ul><p>If you´re intersted in building the future of European Defence with us, and you see yourself reflected on the description above, please send us your <strong><u>CV in English.</u></strong> We´re looking forward to meeting you!</p>
