PERSEC Sr. Analyst

You are: The Personnel Security (PERSEC) program duties include, but not limited to: processing SF-86 forms, fingerprinting, maintain data in security databases (SIMS, NBIS, DISS, SWFT, ACCS, Other), Initial briefings, and Visit Requests (VRs). Will require occasional visits to local government installation for additional on-site personnel security processing.
Here's what you need:
- US Citizenship required/Active Top Secret required
- FSO Program Management for Non-possessing Facilities or Possessing Facilities certificate.
- Knowledge and experience using DISS
- Good communication (written and oral) skills
- Experience enforcing safeguarding requirements
- 2+ years experience in Personnel Security
- 1+ years experience using SIMS
- Must be familiar with Fieldprint
- Requires completed Bachelors Degree
Bonus points if:
- Current/previous Assistant Facility Security Officer
- Current/previous Program Support experience
- Familiar with the principles, concepts, policies, and methods of industrial security and personnel security administration
- Experience reviewing government documentation (SF86, I-9's, Non-Disclosure Agreements)
- Experience working with SIMS, DISS, MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams; Good communication (written and oral)
- Ability to multi-task while practicing great time management skills; Ability to provide training to individuals or groups to meet personnel security requirements
- Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and to exercise efficiency in planning, prioritizing, and accomplishing assigned task relating to processing actions. Must have the ability to work closely with project teams to meet program personnel security requirements.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $67,200-$120,000
Colorado: $67,200-$103,600
New York: $62,100-$120,000
Washington State: $71,500-$110,400
