Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Representative to work with us.  This is a work from home position but this role will be required to travel domestically up to 50%. This person will cover the Texas/Southeast area and customers nationally. This person will be responsible for:

• Dispensing inks, performing color matching, supporting/training ink room staff
• Controlling Work-off, press-side technical support, housekeeping, and monthly reporting
• Handling Inventory management and record-keeping
• Following all safety requirements
• Performing Technical Service at customer locations

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

• High School graduate or GED equivalent and 1-5 years ink experience
• Flexographic Ink knowledge, color matching ability
• Verbal & written communication skills, computer skills (Microsoft Office)
•  Ability to travel required
•  Excellent customer service skills required
•  Able to effectively communicate with peers and customers
• Travel to customers for coverage as needed (up to 50% travel overnight)

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:

• Spectrophotometer knowledge & experience helpful
• Knowledge of ink dispensing systems
• Previous ink inplant experience a plus
