Job Description

  • Under broad direction, assists the Sr. Treasury Manager with the implementation of processes and practices throughout the organization that promote the achievement of optimum treasury activities.
  • Supports operating groups and other internal customers by providing economic, financial, and strategic consulting.
  • Leads or supports projects in various treasury activities including corporate finance, financial risk analysis, cash and investment management, working capital management, and economic analysis.
  • Develops and delivers executive level presentations to Company management.
  • Interacts frequently with external constituents such as banks, rating agencies, and capital providers.

 

Requirements

  • Skills typically acquired through successful completion of an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management or related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in related field which includes management experience.
  • Completion of a graduate degree in MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Must possess a complete understanding of the financial and treasury concepts.
  • Current knowledge to evaluate various financing alternatives and Project Management (Multiple stakeholders, disciplines, etc.) experience required.
  • Must possess excellent analytical skills, including financial modeling and other quantitative abilities.
  • Must possess excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinking (macro thinker) and detail orientation (micro thinker) required.
  • Must be very customer focused.
  • Excellent listening and negotiating skill are required.
  • Must be achievement oriented and possess a continuous improvement and results focus.
  • Should have the potential to work with and develop subordinate staff.
