Warehouse Fulfillment Supervisor

This onsite supervisor position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned personnel or processes in a warehouse environment.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Plans daily, weekly and monthly resources to maintain and control costs
• Identify and resolve operational and procedural issues
• Develops, trains, coaches, counsels and disciplines team members
• Monitors departmental progress and quality throughout the shift; assists when needed
• Ensures timely, accurate completion of all departmental tasks to ensure both internal and external customer expectations are met on a daily basis
• Ensures a clean and safe work environment
• All other duties assigned
