Assistant Sales Manager - Eyewear

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Sales and Marketing Teams to enhance relationships with existing partners and support Chrome Hearts Eyewear's growth in North America. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sell-through, optimizing inventory, and improving the customer experience through strategic account management, training, merchandising, and sales analysis. This role involves significant travel across North America to engage with clients and execute impactful initiatives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Conduct in-store training sessions to educate partners on Chrome Hearts Eyewear products and brand values, fostering expertise and enthusiasm among account teams.
• Plan efficient and cost-effective travel itineraries for regular account visits throughout the U.S. and Canada, ensuring all partners receive personalized attention.
• Organize, launch, and execute Trunk Shows across North America, creating engaging experiences for customers and driving sales.
• Enhance in-store visibility and presentation of Chrome Hearts Eyewear through merchandising efforts during account visits, aligning with brand standards.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Teams to implement window campaigns, maximizing brand exposure.
• Conduct account surveys, provide timely feedback to internal teams, and address issues, concerns, or opportunities that align with Chrome Hearts’ priorities and objectives.
• Analyze stock levels and sales data to identify inventory gaps, trends, and opportunities, recommending orders and presenting actionable insights to optimize product availability, turnover, and overall performance.
• Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues across various business areas, including operations, logistics, and marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in optical, fashion, or luxury industries.
• Must reside in the New York City Metro area
• High School Diploma or equivalent, College degree is preferred
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong results-oriented mindset with an ability to respect deadlines and deliver under pressure.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, including public speaking.
• Flexibility to travel extensively within North America (USA and Canada).
• Valid driver’s license
• High energy, stamina, and resourcefulness, with the ability to be on the road
• Competitive desire to grow the Chrome Hearts product lines.
• Clear, common-sense thinker with critical reasoning skills. Able to obtain information, evaluate alternatives, seek advice, make recommendations, and take action.
• Experience with high-end or luxury eyewear sales preferred.
• Familiarity with retail account management and merchandising strategies preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is primarily remote; however, occasional visits to our New York City office will be required. Candidates must be located within a reasonable commuting distance to New York City.
