We are now looking for a<strong> Senior Country Communications Advisor</strong> with broad communications skills and first-hand experience in the energy world. For the right candidate, this is a chance to contribute to the development and maintenance of the global communications strategy and to orchestrate the implementation in collaboration with our local teams across 20 countries. Our local experts in country communications and marketing are looking forward to working with you and will count on your support in addressing common challenges and guideline needs at a global level. In addition to coordinating across countries, you will be a local communications expert yourself: first-hand experience will come from being directly in charge of strategic planning and operational implementation in 3 of our developing European and international markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior communications professional who enjoys working holistically and internationally – while keeping their feet firmly grounded in the reality of the countries Statkraft is present in.</p><p>In this role you will:</p><ul><li>Build communication strategies and plans</li><li>Directly support several countries with implementing and scaling internal and external communication means</li><li>Manage a network of country communications managers worldwide, providing tools and guidance</li><li>Measure results and contribute to continuous improvement</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Relevant higher education (Marketing, Communication or similar)   </li><li>Solid experience in developing and implementing country communication strategies  </li><li>Proven track record of managing media relation as well a managing and coordinating internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Leadership skills with an ability to build trust and empowerment across countries</li><li>Strong commercial mindset and proactive problem solver </li><li>Project management experience would be an advantage</li><li>Fluent English language skills.
