Senior .NET Developer

Your Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the Centogene application using .NET Core/.NET 6+.
• Implement backend services and RESTful APIs to support automation of reports.
• Optimize performance for data-heavy applications, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Work with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other databases to manage structured and unstructured data 
• Ensure secure and compliant handling of sensitive data according to best practices.
• Contribute to the development of Computerized System Validation (CSV) documentation for the application platform, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.
• Implement unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines for deployment.
• Cooperation with the stakeholders of the specialist departments, project Manager and Business Partner
• Stay up to date with the latest .NET technologies, cloud solutions, and reporting frameworks.

Your profile

• Bachelor or master degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, with over 8 years of experience in .NET Core/.NET 6+.
• Several years of professional experience in the entire life cycle of software and database development including documentation
• Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, and API development.
• Solid Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for scalable deployment.
• Experience in technologies like Vue.js, Angular, React or fluid is a plus 
• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines for modern DevOps practices.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, combined with good team spirit
• Ability to set priorities, meet timelines and company objectives.
• experience with projects in the field of human genetics is an advantage
