Health Information Services Associate Manager

Job Summary: This position contributes to the compliance, strategic planning, financial strength, and overall performance of the Health Information Services (HIS) department. Primarily responsible for the daily operations of the HIS Department to include Chart Completion, Data Integrity, Release of Information, Privacy and Security.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HIM; medical records, business, or health services administration; or related field required.
• Current Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) credential preferred.
• Three or more years’ experience working in a hospital Health Information Services department preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
