The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.</p> <h2>About the role:</h2> <p>We are currently looking for a talented candidate for a Senior HR Business Partner role in charge of Managing HR for Marketing, Trade &amp; Shopper Marketing, Media, PR, CSU and Commercial Supply Chain (about 300 employees). </p> <h2>Main responsibilities:</h2> <p>You will support the Line to facilitate people life cycle management<br/> You will be in charge of all HR key processes (Reward, Talent acquisition and development &amp; Training, Performance Management, OVHs Budget and Workforce management); <br/> You will be in charge of identifying and co-designing HR projects and solutions supporting specific business needs and strategies<br/> You'll mange one/two resource <br/>  </p> <h2>Who we are looking for:</h2> <p>You have :<br/> Successfully completed Business/Economic/Humanistic studies;<br/> At least 6+ years HR experience;<br/> Excellent interpersonal and project management skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality;<br/> A dynamic, proactive and creative approach and the ability to work effectively and fast under pressure in situations that may involve confidential or sensitive matters;<br/> Capability to navigate within complex organizations and manage relationships with internal stakeholders at multiple levels (Executives to Employees).<br/> Great teamwork skills<br/> IT Skills: MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)<br/> SAP HR Knowledge<br/> FMCG experience (is a plus)<br/>  <br/> You are:<br/> Fluent in English <br/>  </p> <h2>How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero: </h2> <p>Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
