Hotel Maintenance Engineer

The Crowne Plaza Pittsburgh South, the South Hill's only full-service hotel, is looking to hire a Maintenance Engineer to join our team of professionals.

The Mateinance Engineer is responsible for the maintenance of the hotel’s building and grounds and for the operation of its 

equipment, mechanical, and electrical systems to ensure uninterrupted daily operations. 

What you'll do:

• Maintain and repair both the interior and exterior of the building.
• Cleaning, repair, and general maintenance of all equipment.
• Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling and domestic water systems.
• Complete work orders and maintenance logs.
• Trouble shoot, diagnose, and repair all systems on property. 
• Inspect property to identify potential and current needs.
• Execute ongoing maintenance projects.
• Repair, paint, and install architectural features and finishes.
• Perform preventive maintenance assignments on a scheduled basis.

Pay Rate $17.27 per hour.  Eligible for Health Insurance Benefits.  Paid time off after 1 year of service

Requirements

Qualifications:

Building trades and/or graduation from a technical school preferred.

General experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC and general building trades.
