Position Overview

The Fisher College of Business is accepting applications for a dynamic and experienced candidate to teach and lead the Fisher College of Business Sales Education Initiative. This role bridges academic excellence with practical industry knowledge to shape the next generation of sales professionals and establish the Fisher College of Business as a national benchmark for sales education.

All courses are taught in person on the University’s main campus in Columbus, Ohio. 

Performance Objectives

• Teach a minimum of two sales class sections per academic year.
• Oversee sales education programs, including curriculum development and research contributions
• Develop and execute the Initiative's strategic vision and planning
• Collaborate with faculty, academic leadership, and advisory boards
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners

Required Education and/or Experience

• Master’s degree or equivalent in business or a related area.
• Three to five years of teaching and/or industry related experience in sales education leadership.
• Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining corporate relationships

Preferred Education and/or Experience Requirements

• Doctorate/Terminal Degree in business or a related area
