As Senior HRIS Analyst, provide support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System (Workday) as well as other HR related systems. This position serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. This position also facilitates and leads major HRIS-based projects in line with the overall HR goals and Project Plans
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide support for HRIS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS ticket issues, unexpected results or process flaws, perform scheduled activities, recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring the integrity of all employee information. Inputs employment/compensation/benefits data and works closely with Payroll and Finance to reconcile and ensure the accuracy of the data.
- Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of HRIS system upgrades.
- Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.
- Document process and results. Maintain testing system database.
- Write, edit, maintain and support a variety of standard, custom and ad hoc reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
- Helps maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
- Assist in development of user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train end users on new process/functionality if necessary.
- Provide HR department with new system implementation, systems training and/or procedure documentation.
- Assist with providing support and customer service for all company-wide HRIS applications and Payroll systems.
- Serve as Project Manager for HR Operational projects.
- Serve as system and process administrator for corporate roll out of Performance Management initiatives.
- Update and modifies security tables to ensure data integrity and system stability.
- Assist with developing new HRIS process and procedures and provide documentation and training to the appropriate team.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information.
- Lead or support other projects from the HR business plan as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS Program
- Advanced knowledge and experience of HRIS programs/tools; most especially Workday
- Experience with UltiPro HRIS and Time Management highly preferred
- Experience with multi state Human Resource structure.
- Ability to work with highly confidential employee information.
- Proven ability to partner with technical and non-technical staff as well as third party vendors to deliver effective results.
- Must have strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint base management systems and report writing tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization and clearly articulate business needs to internal partners and business vendors.
- Flexible and innovative with the ability to excel in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment. Ability to scale and quickly adapt as business needs change.
- Ability to execute assignments or projects with excellence, minimal supervision or rework and resulting in high degree of accuracy and early/on-time delivery.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- Duties typically performed in an office setting
- This position requires the ability to use a computer keyboard, communicate over the telephone and read printed material.
- Duties may require working outside normal working hours (evenings & weekends) at times.
