About the role
- Manages and directs the day-to-day operations of the cage and team members.
- Communicates performance expectations to cage and bankers.
- Assists the Cage Manager in performing duties and assumes full responsibility in their absence.
- Works specialty bank or front line as requested.
- Assists in the preparation and coordination of scheduling casino cashiering and banking teams.
- Investigate equipment or facility failure.
- Investigate guest complaints.
- Monitors casino cashiering activities on the front line, specialty banks, main banks, and redemption areas.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding financial information, operating systems, company policies, marketing plans, and team member information.
- Ensures training and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
- Ensures compliance with internal controls and standard operating procedures in all transactions and activities.
- Produce and deliver reports promptly.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
