Better engagement, more sales, and real, sustainable growth.</p> <p>With a diverse team of 350+ people spread across three continents, weβre building the leading Chat Marketing platform that is used β and loved β by more than 1.5 million customers worldwide.</p> <p>We are seeking an organized and proactive&nbsp;<strong>Office Manager</strong> to support our Amsterdam office on a 3-month fixed-term contract.</p> <p>Our Amsterdam office is a busy hub β the local team plus business travellers from our other offices, candidates, partners, vendors. We need someone who keeps the space running smoothly and makes everyone who walks in feel like we thought about them ahead of time. Not luxury, not Michelin β <strong>caring intensely about the small things that compound into a great experience.</strong></p> <p>If you've got experience in office management or administrative support, especially in a startup, and you're comfortable with G-Suite, Slack, and Notion, you might be the one we are looking for. Strong communication, multitasking, and a genuine interest in creating an environment where people enjoy spending their work day are what we value most.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO π</strong></p> <p><strong>Office logistics &amp; operations:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Maintain comfortable working conditions in our Amsterdam office β beverages, supplies, snacks, signage, AV, meeting-room setup. Notice what's missing before anyone asks.</li> <li>Source and manage relationships with vendors for catering, supplies, cleaning, travel, and ad-hoc needs. Handle negotiations and contracts.</li> <li>Oversee office seating, meeting-room availability, and any relayout or expansion work.</li> <li>Keep the space safe and compliant with local NL workplace standards (RI&amp;E, first aid, evacuation).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Business travellers &amp; visitors:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Welcome and orient business travellers from Barcelona, Yerevan, SΓ£o Paulo, and Austin β make Amsterdam feel like their second home for the week.</li> <li>Coordinate desks, equipment, local logistics, and lunches so visitors land and start working without friction.</li> <li>Proactively check in on visiting employees, candidates, and partners to make sure their experience is smooth.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team buildings, offsites &amp; internal events:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Plan and coordinate team outings, lunches, and Amsterdam-based offsites.&l
