This job supports the company’s strategic initiatives by partnering with team members, Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), operational leaders, external funders, external service providers and education resources throughout the system to lead the creation, development and execution of system-wide, complex workforce development programs which develop pipelines and pathways to employment throughout the organization. Evaluates programs, identifies promising practices, and develops and recommends comprehensive solutions. Develops course and/or program evaluations to measure program effectiveness and outcomes and conducts benchmarks on programs. Education
Required - Bachelor’s degree
Preferred - Master’s degree
Work Experience
Required - 3 years of experience in workforce development, human resources or related field.
1 year of experience in managing third party relationships, working with virtual learning platforms, working within a project management system, case management, and healthcare.
Certifications
Preferred - Certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
- Expert financial acumen, leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations applicable to workforce development programs.
- Knowledge of proper usage of philanthropic, state and federal funding.
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to present project details and other information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals.
- Strong customer service, project management and time management skills.
- Ability to be flexible in approach to work and development of learning solutions and align workforce training and education to operational needs.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, pay strong attention to detail and handle stress effectively.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time.
Job Duties
- Supports management of multiple program areas including training, budget, and compliance.
- Reviews and evaluates office operation and/ or program recipients for a single complex program on a system-wide basis.
- Interprets and tracks corrective action within an assigned program.
- Evaluates programs, identifies promising practices, and develops/recommends comprehensive solutions.
- Ensures proper usage of philanthropic, state and federal funding.
- Collaborates with internal external stakeholders to develop viable pipelines and pathways of employment.
- Engages with cohorts to identify challenges and provide solutions that fit stakeholders’ goals.
- Develops course and/or program evaluations to measure program effectiveness and outcomes and conducts benchmarks on programs to incorporate best practices with the Organizational Development industry.
