As a Founders Associate in the CEO Office, you will work closely with our CEO and VP Commercial and have the unique opportunity to dive into the dynamic world of Knowunity. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience while supporting and contributing to multiple key business functions of our company. The specific areas of focus will depend on where our company has the greatest need at the time. You will enable Knowunity to further grow and make education accessible for millions of students globally.

How you will make an impact:
- Take responsibility and push relevant initiatives in various business departments of Knowunity such as Marketing, Growth, B2B Sales, Operations, Expansion
- Analyze and challenge the status quo and define new standards (e.g. B2B Process Optimization, Growth strategies) to increase efficiency
- Effectively work with different stakeholders to drive own projects and achieve impact
- Roll up your sleeves and also work on “ad hoc” tasks
- Potentially support in financing matters, investor reportings, and board preparations
- Dive deep into new expansion markets and market segments (higher education)
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master Program in Business, Economics or any related field, ideally from a top-tier university
- You are available full-time and are able to be in Berlin
- You have gained experience in a high-paced environment before (e.g., consulting, fast growing startup, etc.)
- You have an analytical mindset and a solution-oriented way of working
- You are willing to go the extra mile, embrace challenges, and don’t mind putting in extra hours
- You have a hands-on mentality and are eager to get your hands dirty and get stuff done
- You can manage tasks, projects and priorities independently and are a great communicator between different stakeholders
- You enjoy new challenges and are excellent at working with others as part of a team
- You are able to adapt to new situations and come up with fresh ideas or innovative approaches
