They are looking for an outstanding individual to join the team located in Devault, PA as a Maintenance Parts Clerk.  

The Maintenance Parts Clerk will be responsible to design, develop, maintain, administer, and deliver a complete Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO) for the facility’s parts and services program. Including the ability to work and coordinate with the Maintenance Leadership team and Planner.  

TASKS, DUTIES, & GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Conduct weekly inventory and replenishment as required. Maintain and create labels, label bins, and shelves for inventory.  

• Place supply orders as needed  

• Identify and pursue new product opportunities and conversions. Work with maintenance techs to understand all equipment within all facilities.  

• Continuously improve the MRO parts management program.   

• Assist the parts clerk with various documentation and record keeping     responsibilities for internal business and operating processes.  

• Work and coordinate with the parts clerk to identify MRO, plant floor, and storeroom opportunities.  

• Review and audit PM’s/WO’s with the planner and parts clerk to make sure the correct parts are available and kitted for each work plan.  

• Uphold a safety-first culture.  Keep a clean work area and practice good housekeeping.  

 QUALIFICATIONS 

Education, Technical Skills, and/or Previous Experience:  

• High School Diploma or equivalent 

• 1 – 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment 

• Experience in a food and/or beverage manufacturing preferred 

• Valid driver’s license
