It is our mission to help our clients develop strategies to optimize their use of space and resources resulting in maximum benefits; we also deliver quality data and analysis to support our clients’ daily facility operations, planning, and compliance programs. We are looking for a Jr. Recruiter in San Diego, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with applicants and hiring managers in a timely and professional manner
• Assists with job postings and advertisement process that may include online sources such as LinkedIn
• Identify candidates’ profiles using various sourcing methods
• Schedule interviews, prepare candidates for interviewing process and gather necessary information for hiring manager 
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills experience, and aptitudes
• Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews
• Promote positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Provide management with status reports of open positions and metrics
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• Preferred 1-2 years of recruiting experience
• Good interpersonal and decision making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Must have strong MS Office Skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Must be able to pass background check

PREFERRED

• Bachelor’s degree
• DoD Recruiting experience
• Sourcing experience
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking system-Paylocity
