Digital Production Designer

We're seeking a talented and versatile Digital Production Designer to join our Team. This role is at the heart of our engagement strategy, partnering with Senior Digital Designers to craft compelling email campaigns, social graphics, lifecycles, and templates that embody the branding of many different creators. The ideal candidate will blend web coding skills with creative vision, using existing creator branding elements and Senior Designer direction to populate engaging email series and campaigns, social elements and web animations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Collaborate with the Creative Team and Email Services Team to develop email campaigns, lifecycles, and templates that align with various creators' branding under deadline.
• Follow Senior Designers’ specs to create and implement digital projects ensuring consistency and Creator brand integrity.
• Utilize copy outlines and creative briefs to populate and create visually appealing email campaigns.
• Ensure projects employ best practices, are responsive, and optimized for various devices and platforms using HTML, CSS.
• Conduct heavy QA testing on all emails, ensuring compatibility across email clients and devices.
• Utilize email testing tools like Litmus to ensure the quality and effectiveness of email campaigns.
• Comfortably navigate and learn multiple Email Service Providers (ESPs) including ConvertKit, Mailchimp, Sailthru, etc. to implement campaigns effectively.
• Stay updated on email marketing best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to enhance campaign performance.

The skills and experience you bring to the job:

• A problem solver with proven experience in designing and developing with Adobe Suite, Figma,  HTML/CSS.
• A blend of technical and creative skills, able to bring creative visions to life within the technical confines of email/web design.
• Strong background in QA testing of emails, with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
• A good communicator.

The base salary range for this position is $55,000-$75,000. The range provided is Raptive’s reasonable estimate of the annualized base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, geographic location, knowledge, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for additional  incentive compensation that isn’t included in the posted range.
