Job Description

We are looking for a highly motived Sales Operations Specialist for our office in Irvine, CA/San Jose, CA. The candidate should be a career focused team player with a desire to provide excellent customer service to our top memory customers.

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. Work with internal teams to offer solutions and support to customer requirements.
• Responsible for tracking and communicating daily product shipment schedules between factory and customer.
• Generate quotations, review and process purchase orders and sales orders in oracle, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of the orders.
• Providing order acknowledgements and confirmation ship date to customers; Inform customers of any delays in shipping and provide alternative delivery dates.
• Additional customer support functions include but not limited to maintaining customer pricelist, part number list, ship to locations and process documentation.
• RMA entry, processing and tracking within short turn-around time.
• Reconcile month end sales and process financial credits/debits as needed.
• Manage weekly sales and inventory reporting; Communicate variances and trends as required; Highlight risks and opportunities to mitigate any issues.

Qualifications

• Strong working proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Oracle familiarity is a plus.
• Advanced Excel or G Suite skills (e.g. Vlookup, Index Match, Pivot)
• 8+ years of inside sales experience.
• Experience working with international peers
• Must be a self-starter with attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Must have ability to manage multiple tasks, while maintaining strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner

The expected salary for this position is $74,628 - $119,449
