IT Training Officer (Cybersecurity)

We currently have a vacancy for an IT Training Officer (Cybersecurity) fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert, who will be based in Brussels, Belgium. The work will be carried out either on the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated and closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team, on-site.

Your tasks

• Analysis of the requirements resulting from the IT security policy framework in force and from the IT security threat landscape;
• Proposing, defining and contributing to the implementation of the actions towards disseminating the information on the IT security policy framework;
• Build cyber aware programmes (grow and scale up for impact awareness);
• Deliver cybersecurity awareness raising sessions;
• Develop and deliver training on cybersecurity;
• Organise and run cybersecurity exercises (phishing);
• Initiate, develop and implement means of sharing information and acquiring knowledge with regard to cybersecurity, e.g. gaming, cybersecurity exercises;
• Manage and update online content (websites, Teams Groups, infographics, educative videos, online training).

Requirements

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with 13 years of relevant experience;
• At least 5 years of experience in setting up and managing training programmes, creation of educational content;
• At least 4 years of experience in the cybersecurity field;
• At least 4 years of experience in cybersecurity related awareness raising and training;
• Experience in delivering training in the domain of cybersecurity;
• Knowledge of cybersecurity training platforms;
• Experience of Learning Management System is considered an asset;
• Knowledge of PM methodologies is considered an asset;
• Knowledge in Graphical design is an asset;
• Cyber Security Awareness and Culture Manager certification and/or certification in IT management such as ITIL, PRINCE2 or ITSRM², PM² would be assets;
• Excellent command of the English language, French would be an asset.
