Overview

JST is seeking a Senior Business/Financial/Management Analyst II to join our team.

This is a full-time position in Atlantic City, NJ. Hybrid work schedule with 2 days a week on-site. JST offers a full benefit package, a collaborative work environment and strong company culture. Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply.


Sr Business/Financial/Management Analyst Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive plans to facilitate change in operations or processes, aligning with strategic goals by identifying areas for improvement.
  • Leading contractor staff employees assigned to this task order to execute change initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership to drive long-term success.
  • Utilize subject matter knowledge and judgment to provide contract management, cost analysis, and financial data support for approximately 20 support contracts administered by the Laboratory Services Division.
  • Serves as a liaison between the contractor and the COR to communicate shifts in workload priorities to assigned contractor staff employees to this task order and provide direct guidance on administrative matters, including absences, changes in personnel, and performance issues.
  • Classify, monitor, and summarize financial data for the preparation and submission of reports on a recurring basis
  • Provide supporting documentation to the COR for attachment to Procurement Requests, compile and deliver relevant documentation to assist in acquisition planning, modifications, and any financial management activities deemed necessary and within scope of this SOW

Sr Business/Financial/Management Analyst Qualifications

  • Possesses 3 years of extensive experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint), with a strong emphasis on advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
  • Knowledge or experience in transformation strategy (project management, change management, or process improvement).
  • Demonstrates a minimum of one years' experience of Government accounting and procurement, as well as the Government appropriation process.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of one years' experience in managing teams or personnel.
  • Experience with MS Project

Clearance Requirements

  • MUST be able to pass a US Government Security Clearance.
