The Role
The Investor Relations Manager will assist the Head of Investor Relations in developing and expanding relationships with the research analysts, fielding investor inquiries, and keeping management up-to-date on market trends and views about the company. This role will be responsible for tasks including financial analysis, market intelligence, monitoring of stock trading, investor targeting, coordination of investor engagement, and preparation of investor communication materials.
The salary range listed represents the potential base salary range for this position. The actual salary will vary for each candidate based on experience, market, and expected contributions.

The Role

What You'll Do
- Draft reports, presentations, news releases, and other company materials for quarterly earnings releases, industry events, and other investor meetings.
- Prepare Q&A and background materials for meetings with analysts and investors.
- Research, track, and summarize industry and peer developments.
- Monitor and summarize research reports, news flow, earnings calls, and other information.
- Analyze sell-side research and models
- Assist in responding to questions and requests for information from investors, sell-side analysts, and others.
- Opportunity to lead investor and sell-side analyst engagements over time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA or CFA preferred) in Business/Finance.
- 3+ of experience in capital markets (research, sales, or banking) or investor relations.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
- Great interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- An energetic, efficient, and resourceful team player and individual contributor.
- Ability to engage with senior leadership and the investment community.
Nice to Have
- 1+ years of experience in investor relations.
- Knowledge of the software or life sciences industries.
