Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant with experience in design, CRM management, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Canva and familiar with Go High Level for CRM updates and maintenance. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a flexible work schedule and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Creative Work: Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using Canva.
CRM Management: Update and maintain CRM data, ensuring accuracy and completeness using Go High Level.
Campaign Creation: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including workflow creation and management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support various projects and initiatives.
Reporting: Generate reports on campaign performance and CRM data for analysis and optimization.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a marketing assistant role or similar.
Proficiency in Canva for graphic design.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Go High Level.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Creative mindset with an eye for design.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
