Working within the Cranial and Spinal Technologies (CST) IT organization offers a unique opportunity to partner with teams working on groundbreaking advancements in spinal and cranial surgery. We are seeking a Business Relationship Analyst to join our IT team supporting the CST operating unit. In this role, you will partner with business leaders, IT teams, and external stakeholders to ensure technology solutions meet business needs and strategic goals. You will act as a liaison between the IT department and business functions, providing insights and translating business requirements into actionable IT solutions.

  • Implements and executes information technology strategies.
  • Partners with assigned client groups to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objectives of new and existing transformation efforts.
  • Proactively resolves IT and business issues.
  • Provides solutions through digital product innovation, creation and management of new products.
  • Responsible for and/or serves as IT liaison for all IT portfolio aspects, such as prioritization of projects and return of
    investments management.
  • Aligns IT strategies to business decision makers across Operating Units, Regions and Functions.

  • Joint ownership of OU / Region / Function goals.
  • Navigating, Connecting and Orchestrating IT products and services to serve business objectives
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business units to gather and document requirements for IT systems, software, and infrastructure solutions.
  • Project Management: Lead or support cross-functional IT projects by acting as a business liaison. Ensure that projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget, addressing any risks or issues that may arise.
