We are currently seeking a collaborative, analytical Senior RE Business Systems Analyst to join our Residential Real Estate Systems. In this role, the individual assists management in office automation and information and reporting processes and systems as they relate to the functions of the Residential Real Estate Division (RRED). Participates and takes the lead in general and technical specifications, design work, planning, installation, testing, documentation, monitoring and support of business information and reporting systems and solutions. Solves end-user and user-group information-related issues. Recommends best value solutions and provides technical support to users. Administrating, implementing or working knowledge of Encompass 360 or other mortgage loan origination systems.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (Hours may vary)
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is $45,698 - $79,997/yr; commensurate with experience.
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
- 3+ years of experience in information systems, data security, systems integration, or related field(s).
- Previous experience or knowledge of mortgage industry is a plus.
- Frequent contact with business unit and IT personnel.
- Working knowledge of bank’s PC and systems environment as well as associated data security policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint in business support environment.
- Good knowledge of IT Support group structures and functions.
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and its applications.
- Intermediate working knowledge of SQL programming language.
- Able to design and build databases and database solutions, develop database specifications and documentation.
- Working knowledge of networks and Microsoft Server applications
- Knowledge in SharePoint and .Net frameworks
- Web application platform experience preferred
- Good interpersonal skills and is able to work well with end-users in assisting them with system and application problem resolution.
- Good oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
- Good analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Able to participate, coordinate, or lead team efforts.
- Able to work independently.
