This role focuses on massively scaled infrastructure and systems that power workflows across research, simulation, and live trading, with an emphasis on robust design, high-quality code, and operational excellence.</p> <p class="p1"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Design, build, and maintain scalable, distributed infrastructure platforms across on-premises and public cloud environments that enable engineers and data scientists to deploy and operate workloads efficiently.</li> <li class="li1">Build and evolve platform frameworks and self-service tooling (libraries, templates, golden paths) that standardize provisioning, deployment, runtime operations, and developer workflows.</li> <li class="li1">Define and promote platform engineering best practices, architectural patterns, reliability standards, and technology guardrails through documentation, training sessions, and hands-on support.</li> <li class="li1">Establish and mature reliability practices: SLOs/SLIs, error budgets, capacity planning, performance baselining, resilience testing, and change management.</li> <li class="li1">Own observability foundations (metrics, logs, traces), alerting strategies, and automated diagnostics to reduce MTTR and improve system transparency.</li> <li class="li1">Participate in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts, conducting thorough post-mortems and implementing preventive measures to improv
