Security Field Training Officer - FTO Operations

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct on-site training for new security officers at client locations.
• Serve as a mentor and role model, reinforcing company policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Perform quality assurance and compliance checks at assigned client sites.
• Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve officer performance.
• Ensure officers are properly equipped and prepared for client-specific duties.
• Report training progress, site compliance, and officer performance to management.
• Support incident response and assist with on-site investigations as needed.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with officer performance.

What You Need To Have

• Must provide acceptable I-9 documentation.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position within the security industry (field training, sergeant, or supervisory role).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Denver Guard Card license (required).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Must be able to be armed – firearm training will be provided by the company.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to multiple client sites as required.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, and carry up to 50 lbs in varying weather conditions
