Job Description – Sr. Program Manager

The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, hardworking Senior Program Manager to help support the operational cadence for the Adobe Cloud Operations organization! We’re looking for someone who can lead, collaborate and cultivate strong partnership between teams and key partners and champion operational efficiency. They will report to the Chief of Staff and help to keep the organization running in a uniform way. They will help teams understand and align to business priorities and objectives while providing timely status updates. This position will bring diverse groups together to establish program goals, helping them deliver against the business' strategic outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Effectively motivate and influence people at all levels: communicating continuously to partners throughout the organization.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with program management partners and leadership of cross-functional teams. Coordinate within and across teams to align efforts to desired business goals.
  • Engage with customers, partners, and internal collaborators, representing the strategy, roadmap, risks/issues, and opportunities.
  • Influence without authority - including other departments and organizations
  • Create material(s) that can be shared/consumed at various levels of the organization.
  • Develop plans, build templates, and provide updates for quarterly-based delivery roadmaps.
  • Work with teams to develop solutions to remove obstacles blocking program success.
  • Maintain a central repository for operational cadence updates.
  • Promote visibility across the organization and communicate project/program status.
  • Proactively identify risks in all assigned areas: working with teams and management to mitigate risks before they become issues.

  • 5+ years of dynamic project/program management experience and a proven track record of success

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $123,400 -- $224,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
