This role works in a Global organization that supports a number a large manufacturing sites driving innovative IT solutions in the area of digitalization, AI, ERP, MES, LES and globally managed applications. While the main focus will be on the Italian Vaccines production site the analysts work within a larger organization that includes all the GSK manufacturing sites across the world.</p><p></p><p><span><b>Key Responsibilities</b></span></p><p><b>IT Applications</b></p><ul><li><p>Collaborate to the delivery of a Tech Roadmap for site and drive site/business requirements into central planning and delivery through liaison with Tech Product Teams and Strategy/Portfolio leads.</p></li><li><p>Implement Tech strategies at site(s) – operating model, strategic controls, governance, global standards</p></li><li><p>Engage with site tiered accountability process and participate in Tech Performance Management processes. Site point of contact for Tech requests and escalations.</p></li></ul><p><br/>• Support the deployment of global applications (SAP, Veeva, global Platforms including Labware, MES, Azure)<br/>• Collaborate with global business partners to set project priorities and roll-out global applications locally<br/>• Develop the site’s application continuity and support model<br/>• Implement and execute a continuous improvement program</p><p></p><p><b>Digital Agenda</b></p><ul><li><p>Implement and execute a technology roadmap and a Digital data and Analytics agenda</p></li><li><p>Promote GSK available paperless solutions suite, apps and dashboards</p></li><li><p>Promote utilization of Gen AI tools and data driven AI/ML</p></li></ul><p><br/><br/><b>IT Risk & Compliance</b><br/>• Address IT risks (Business Continuity Planning, IT security, confidential data management)<br/>• Ensure all local IT activities are carried out in compliance with global IT standards and procedures.<br/>• Provide audit support<br/>• Manage external resources</p><p></p><p>Reports to the Tech Director Vaccines Manufacturing and Quality EU</p><p></p><p><span><b>Why You?</b></span></p><p><b>Basic qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>IT degree is preferable, otherwise high school degree with good business analysis experience is equally required</p></li><li><p>Experience in a Pharmaceutical industry with a preference for exposure to manufacturing and quality process and application</p></li><li><p>Experience supporting IT Business applications, IT Risk & Compliance</p></li><li><p>Experience interacting with and influencing leaders across Sites/Businesses</p></li><li><p>Experience or knowledge of manufacturing environments with strong understanding of key principles & practices:<br/>• Experience working effectively in an organization across geographies and cultures<br/>• Analytical ability to diagnose problems and to develop practical solutions<br/>• Customer service experience with good communication skills</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Preferred qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>Regulatory requirements for IT systems and their operational support.</p></li><li><p>Extensive experience in <span>pharmaceutical/biologicals</span> GxP or other highly regulated environment.</p></li><li><p>Previous SAP experience.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge and experience with Process improvement techniques (Impact, SixSigma, LeanSigma).</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>What we offer:</span></p><ul><li><p>Permanent contract in a very Inclusive environment</p></li><li><p>Smart Working up to 50% for eligible roles</p></li><li><p>Performance Reward</p></li><li><p>Flexible Benefits</p></li><li><p>Company Healthcare Plan</p></li><li><p>Integrative pension fund</p></li><li><p>Employee Assistance Programme</p></li><li><p>Prevention services and vaccination clinic</p></li><li><p>Tax assistance</p></li><li><p>Local nursery agreement</p></li><li><p>Postal service, laundry, shoe repair and tailoring</p></li><li><p>On site canteens and bars</p></li><li><p>Free company bikes and shuttle</p></li></ul><p></p><p>
