Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Critical Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. This is an onsite position requiring a strong understanding of critical facility systems and a commitment to ensuring optimal operational performance.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Expertise: Possess a strong working knowledge of critical infrastructure systems, including:

    • UPS: Uninterruptible Power Supplies

    • Generators: Backup power generation systems

    • Chillers: Refrigeration systems for cooling equipment

    • Switchgear: Electrical distribution and control equipment

    • Commercial HVAC: Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems

    • Building Automation Systems (BAS)

    • Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

  • Operational Excellence:

    • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical infrastructure systems.

    • Manage vendor relationships, including performance monitoring.

    • Maintain accurate asset tracking records for all critical infrastructure equipment.

    • Track and analyze maintenance records to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.

  • 24/7 Support: Respond to all critical alarms during after-hours periods as required.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience in critical infrastructure engineering or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of facility operations and best practices.

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in CMMS software and other relevant tools.

Primary Location Pay Range: $74,339.76 - $111,509.64
