Country Product Manager – Senior

We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.<br/></p><h2>About Product:</h2><p dir="ltr"><strong></strong><strong>SOFTSWISS Casino Platform</strong> <br/>Full-service modular software platform to manage online casino operations</p><p dir="ltr"><a href="https://www.softswiss.com/casino-platform/">Learn More</a><br/></p><h2>Purpose of the role:</h2><p>You’ll lead the development and evolution of the Casino Platform, driving its vision, roadmap, and execution.</p><p>You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements and deliver features that enhance user experience, efficiency, and performance.</p><p>Your strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of the gambling domain will ensure that the product aligns with market trends, supports business growth, and maintains a competitive edge.</p><h2>Key responsibilities:</h2><ul> <li>Analyze the current road map and collect the requirements from all stakeholders and relevant parties </li> <li>Define the product vision and compose specifications </li> <li>Formulating user flow, CJM's and etc.</li> <li>Maintain and prioritize the development backlog in terms of epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria, manage features lifecycle </li> <li>Work on development and testing of product hypotheses </li> <li>Collaborate with the rest of the product team as well as other departments to define, refine and prioritize the long-term roadmap</li> <li>Make data-driven product decisions based on product usage &amp; market analysisLead competitive market analysis</li> <li>Support the company in its efforts to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met</li> </ul><h2>Required Experience:</h2><ul> <li>English and Russian (at least upper-intermediate, both written and oral)</li> <li>5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in Gambling/Betting fields </li> <li>Able to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail </li> <li>Knowledge of Agile development methodology (Scrum, Kanban) and MVP approach</li> <li>Adaptable in your approach and able to operate independently, and as part of a team</li> <li>Strong analytical skills to think through complex scenarios and create simplicity out of complexity</li> <li>A good business sense and ability to solve business and user problems rather than deploying technology</li> <li>Great communication and interpersonal skills as well as critical thinking</li> </ul><h2>Nice to have:</h2><ul> <li>Experience in payments solution </li> <li>Understanding of UI and UX </li> <li>Experience in A/B testing</li> </ul><h2>Our Benefits:</h2><ul> <li>Full-time remote work opportunities and flexible working hours</li> <li>Private insurance</li> <li>Additional 1 Day Off per calendar year</li> <li>Sports program compensation</li> <li>Comprehensive Mental Health Programme</li> <li>Free online English lessons with a native speaker</li> <li>Generous referral program</li> <li>Training, internal workshops, and participation in international professional conferences and corporate events.</li> </ul>
