Job Title: 2nd Shift Production Worker 

Pay: $23.00 

Brief Description: The Group 4 Production Utility position is responsible for performing more advanced machine operation function than the Group 3 Production Utility position. This position also takes ownership of the overall quality and production of entire cells.

• Performs hourly quality checks for their cell
• Assists in set up and change over duties
• Ensures that their cell meets production requirements
• Assists Group 3 Production Utility workers
• Completes Report as Finished reports
• Maintains a clean work area
• Actively ensures that all safety requirements and procedures are met at all times
• Other duties and project work as assigned by supervisors
• Department 1:
  • Drills and routes materials
  • Sets up a threader, drill, and mill in the Mounting Cell
  • Performs frequent quality checks in the in the Mounting Cell
  • Operates Countersink machinery
  • To operate Towel Finishing Grinder tasks

Requirements:

• Must have some industrial production experience
• Mechanical inclination and problem solving is preferred
• Must be able to use tablets and basic computer software
• Ability to calculate, reason, problem solve, and read and write in English
• Frequent standing, walking, gripping, and reaching as well as occasional bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling, and reaching above shoulder level
• Lifting up to 40 lbs without assistance
• Ability to work overtime, as needed
