Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 12.5%

Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 12.5%

These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

About This Job

The Sr. Treasury Management Sales Officer (TMSO) is responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting treasury management solutions to commercial prospects and clients. The TMSO contributes to the bank's deposit and fee income goals. The TMSO will manage a portfolio of clients and prospects within the Axos Commercial Banking treasury management team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead new treasury management business and maintain relationships with clients, achieving portfolio growth objectives
• Drive and be accountable for fee income revenue growth, profitability, pricing strategy, and presentation development and delivery
• Oversee the treasury management sales process from initial consultation and sale through post- implementation follow-up to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
• Partner with Relationship Managers by successfully prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing client relationships
• Evaluate cash-flow, working capital and operational needs of clients and prospects to provide consultative recommendations on improving their business process using Axos Bank’s suite of Treasury Management products and services
• Analyze prospect banking activity and prepare comprehensive pricing proposals and proformas
• Prepare and present periodic relationship reviews
• Leverage treasury knowledge to collaborate with management in your assigned vertical and develop deposit and TM sales strategies by understanding competitors and the market
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure successful treasury onboarding including (but not limited to) documentation completion, implementation, product ramp-up, and accurate billing
• Actively track and maintain all sales pipeline opportunities and activities within SalesForce
• Partner with internal stakeholders to represent the customer and influence the future product roadmap
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree
• 6+ years of treasury management experience

Preferred:

• CTP
