Projects shape our organization and embody our day-to-day activities so your success is our success.</p><p>This is a client-facing role in the Finance, Risk and Regulatory Reporting Office at Wolters Kluwer. This office is a Professional Services / Consulting organisation that delivers Wolters Kluwer software implementation services to a large range of clients from the Banking Industry.</p><p></p><p>Your responsibilities:</p><p></p><ul><li><p>Overall responsibility for the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of a project</p></li><li><p>You will have final accountability for the project success (excluding situations that are beyond one’s control) making sure that the project delivers the expected outcomes and benefits</p></li><li><p>You will make sure that the project is running within scope, on time and within budget</p></li><li><p>You will make sure that risks are properly identified and mitigated</p></li><li><p>You will make sure that scope changes are properly identified and documented as Change Requests</p></li><li><p>You will follow the Wolters Kluwer Project Management Framework on all project stages</p></li><li><p>You will use the established PM tools &amp; techniques available to you</p></li><li><p>You will make sure all project documentation is created and kept up to date</p></li><li><p>You will build efficient project teams and assure continuous leadership at the project level.</p></li><li><p>You will play an advisory role towards our clients. You will use your knowledge and expertise through the different projects by advising on our standard and/or customized solutions. </p></li><li><p>You will be responsible for the quality of the project, including the implementation work done by your team of functional &amp; technical consultants. </p></li><li><p>You will participate in Project Review meetings where you need to shortly discuss the status of your current projects</p></li><li><p>You will support the Project Management Practice Lead and the Project Management Community by sharing best practices, lessons learned and other valuable project insights that can benefit the whole organisation</p></li><li><p>You will participate in the Quarterly budgeting process by providing updated estimates of your projects budgets and timelines</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Qualifications and Skillset</p><ul><li><p>Master's degree in Economics, Business Economics, Business Engineering and/or specialization in Banking and Finance.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record at managing projects in financial services or professional services organizations, and of the methodologies necessary to deliver enterprise and complex systems integration projects.</p></li><li><p>Profound experience of minimum 5 years in a banking or investment environment.</p></li><li><p>Experience with Risk Management or Regulatory Reporting software solutions implementations is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Detailed knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).</p></li><li><p>PMP or Prince2 certifications are an important plus.</p></li><li><p>Experience in managing complex projects following the full life cycle methodology from inception to transition to production and post-implementation.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated excellence in a variety of competencies including teamwork/collaboration, analytical thinking, communication and influencing skills, and technical expertise.</p></li><li><p>People management skills.</p></li><li><p>Experience in software implementation projects is mandatory.</p></li><li><p>Ability to deliver presentations.</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of Microsoft tools.</p></li><li><p>Database and SQL knowledge is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Written and oral fluency in both English is mandatory; German or French are a  big plus; Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish represent an advantage.</p></li><li><p>Some of our clients want to meet us so occasional travel within EMEA is required especially for project initiation and steering committees.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Personal traits</p><ul><li><
