What will you be doing?

Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering meaningful business impact? As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in aligning stakeholders, optimizing business processes, and driving Salesforce initiatives that support our commercial and customer success operations. You will lead efforts to translate business needs into scalable, effective Salesforce solutions while managing projects from concept through execution.

You’ll be the connective tissue across cross-functional teams—bridging business needs, technical capabilities, and data insights to drive efficiencies and innovation. If you’re passionate about Salesforce and love helping teams succeed through streamlined processes and actionable insights, this could be the role for you.

What will you need to be successful?
The foundation of your success will be your deep experience with Salesforce, strong project management skills, and ability to facilitate communication between technical teams and business leaders. Your ability to simplify complex processes, resolve competing priorities diplomatically, and deliver measurable results will be key.

Cross-Functional Communicators who translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and work seamlessly with developers, stakeholders, and leadership.
 

Results-Oriented Project Leaders who can manage timelines, scope, and expectations while ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects from start to finish.
 

Collaborative Facilitators who can resolve conflict, align stakeholders, and build consensus using structured problem solving and data insights.

 

What will you need?

Must-Have Qualifications:
 

• 5+ years of business analysis experience, including 3+ years directly supporting Salesforce projects
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or related platforms
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate with diverse stakeholders
• Expertise in business process documentation and optimization
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or Agile Certification
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Exposure to AI-driven solutions within Salesforce or similar platforms
• Experience supporting commercial, sales, or customer success teams
