Your Impact as a Pulmonary RN

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents and leading the care team.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and oversee individualized care plans
• Assess and document resident conditions
• Implement physician orders promptly and accurately
• Supervise, coach, and support LPNs/LVNs and CNAs
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments
• Participate in orientations, in‑services, and staff development
• Manage unit staffing and collaborate across departments

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Valid RN license
• CPR certification
• One year of nursing experience preferred — but NOT required for pulmonary. We will train!
