Your Impact as a Pulmonary RN
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents and leading the care team.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and oversee individualized care plans
- Assess and document resident conditions
- Implement physician orders promptly and accurately
- Supervise, coach, and support LPNs/LVNs and CNAs
- Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments
- Participate in orientations, in‑services, and staff development
- Manage unit staffing and collaborate across departments
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Valid RN license
- CPR certification
- One year of nursing experience preferred — but NOT required for pulmonary. We will train!
